Paul Langford - Founder, Magnolia Claims Management

Meet Paul Langford

Founder, Magnolia Claims Management

IICRC Certified WTR — Water Damage Restoration Technician ASD — Applied Structural Drying Technician

My career in the insurance and restoration industry began in 2017 in roofing sales, where I quickly developed a passion for helping homeowners navigate property damage challenges. Soon after, I earned my adjuster license and started working on the carrier side, handling catastrophic claims for major insurers such as State Farm, Allstate, and Frontline.

I was deployed to virtually every type of storm — from hurricanes and wind damage to winter storms and frozen pipe losses. Between deployments, I began reviewing and writing estimates from contractors, and it reignited my passion for advocating for homeowners.

About a year later, I earned my Public Adjuster license and haven't looked back. I know firsthand how insurance companies train their employees to settle claims for less than they're worth — or deny them altogether.

Our mission is simple: to provide knowledgeable, transparent, and tireless advocacy for homeowners. With Magnolia, you're not just another claim number — you're a homeowner who deserves fairness, clarity, and results.

Client Testimonials

★★★★★
James D.
Roof Claim

"Paul was a lifesaver when our roof claim stalled. We'd been going in circles with the insurance company for months. Once Paul stepped in, he documented everything, kept us in the loop, and pushed until we got a fair settlement. The difference was night and day — you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, not just the claim."

★★★★★
Emily S.
Storm Damage

"I was overwhelmed after the storm and didn't even know where to start. Paul walked me through the process step by step and explained everything in plain language. Thanks to his work, we ended up with enough to do all the repairs properly... something I know wouldn't have happened otherwise."

★★★★★
Michael K.
Insurance Negotiation

"What impressed me most was Mr. Langford's honesty and communication. Every time the insurance company pushed back, he had a plan and kept me updated the whole time. In the end, we got a settlement that truly covered our damage, and the stress was way less than I expected."

Frequently Asked Questions

A public adjuster advocates on behalf of the homeowner when filing an insurance claim. We review your policy, document damages, prepare and submit your claim, negotiate with the insurance company, and ensure you receive the maximum settlement you're entitled to.

We work on a contingency basis — we only get paid when you get paid. Our fee is a percentage of the settlement we recover for you. There are no upfront costs, no hourly fees, and no charges if we can't improve your claim. You only pay if we win.

We offer same-day consultations. Once you contact us, we'll schedule an inspection as quickly as possible — often within 24 hours. The sooner we get involved, the better we can document your damage and build a strong case before evidence is disturbed.

Yes. We handle residential homeowner claims, commercial property claims, and specialty claims including wind, hail, water damage, fire, and storm losses. We also assist with denied claims and underpaid settlements regardless of where they are in the process.

Insurance company adjusters work for the insurer — their job is to protect the company's bottom line. A public adjuster works exclusively for you. With our carrier-side experience, we know exactly how insurers evaluate claims and use that knowledge to ensure nothing is missed and you're not lowballed.

Absolutely. It's never too late to bring in a public adjuster. Whether your claim was recently filed, has stalled, or was denied or underpaid, we can step in at any stage to review what happened, reopen the claim if necessary, and fight for the settlement you deserve.
